Project description: With the implementation of this project, the company will equip a new workshop for the production of electrical cabinets in order to start and develop production, increase sales and export revenues and increase the competitiveness and further development of the company. As part of the project, all necessary equipment, tools, measuring and other instruments required to start a new activity at the highest technological level and energy efficiency compared to other solutions and processes available on the market will be procured, which will have a positive impact on the digital and green transformation of COMCROSS CROATIA d.o.o.'s business activities. Training services for the company's employees to work on new machines and in new software systems will also be procured and implemented, and certifications in the field of information security and safety in the workplace will be carried out, as well as the implementation of state-of-the-art software systems for the digitalisation, optimisation and management of the company's production and business processes.
Goals: The company's long-term goal is to position itself on the market as a leading company in the provision of services and products in the network infrastructure segments, with a focus on the manufacture of control cabinets and the design of communication networks, through the development of existing services and the innovation of business processes and investment in the introduction of new production processes.

Result: The results of the successful implementation of this project, which will contribute to the fulfilment of the purpose, objectives and indicators of the call, are as follows:
1) Launch of a new activity and creation of the conditions for a continuous increase in production capacity
2) Increase in sales revenue by more than 25% in 2025 compared to the reference period
3) Increase export revenues by more than 25% in 2025 compared to the reference period
4) Introduction of at least three new technological solutions related to green and/or digital objectives - Recruitment of at least 12 new employees by 2025
