Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting all personal data that you have entrusted to us in our work.

We use all the personal information we collect to be able to provide you with the agreed service. Additionally, we collect personal data for the purpose of hiring new employees, as well as for the purpose of responding to your requests and inquiries.

A) We collect personal data most often directly from you when entering business cooperation, through the use of our website and when exchanging information regarding the services we provide in connection with the performance of our activities. It is possible to engage third parties to collect those personal data that are useful for achieving a specific purpose.   
B) When visiting our website, we don’t collect your personal data, unless you voluntarily send it to us while contacting us, that is how you give your assent for collecting and processing your data and their use for the specific purpose for which they are given. 
C) Technical data that is collected when visiting our website (https://comcross-croatia.hr/hr) are collected through information system and program that is used for the operation of the site and may include different informations about your service provider, operating system, IP address, cookies and etc. 
Our website, like many others is using Cookies, specifically use mandatory and statistical cookies. If you don’t agree with the use of cookies, you are able to change your settings in the internet browser, but during such use, disturbances and malfunctions on the website are possible. 
D) Those kinds of data won’t be used to individually identify website visitors or to create individual user profiles based on them. Such informations are used for creating statistics of the use of our website.

  • Information obtained when sending a CV or applying for one of our open job positions.  
  • Any other information that someone may provide to us, regarding a specific request.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on April 27, 2016. and other relevant valid legal and by-law regulations. 
Besides that, legal basis can be conclusion / execution of the contract, consent and compliance with legal obligations.
